Call for Presentations at Researchers’ Day – Copenhagen, May 7, 2025

We are excited to invite PhD students and early-career researchers to present at Researchers’ Day, taking place in Copenhagen on May 7, 2025.
This event provides a unique opportunity to connect with an international research community, showcase your work, and enhance your presentation skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Presentation Format:

Participants will have 10-12 minutes to present an overview of their research project or a focused discussion on a specific aspect of their work. Each presentation will be followed by time for feedback and questions.
– Presentations must be on planned or ongoing projects
– Presentations on completed projects or results will not be accepted for Researchers’ Day. For these, please refer to the main conference.

Priority will be given to PhD students and early-career researchers. Personal attendance at Researchers’ Day is required for your presentation to be accepted. If time permits, mid-career and senior researchers may also be considered.

How to Apply:

To express your interest in presenting and secure a presentation slot, please submit your proposed title along with a brief description of your topic and methods (maximum 50 words) using this form or by scanning the QR code. Submissions must be received no later than March 1, 2025.
