Presenter Instructions

Instructions for platform presenters and all other oral presenters

Your presentation must be created in Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx), 16:9 format (widescreen), and the language should be English.
Only this presentation format will be accepted. If pictures are not permitted, please remember to state this on the first slide of your presentation.
Please be present 15 minutes before the session starts.

We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations; therefore, you will need to use the Speaker Preview Room.

 

Conflict of Interest:

Please remember to declare any potential conflicts of interest on the first slide of your presentation. 

 

Speaker Preview Room:

All speakers should upload their presentation in the Speaker Preview Room at least 2 hours before the Session starts.
You are also welcome to send us your slides via email to WFC2025@cap-partner.eu before 1 May 2025.

 

Opening hours for Speaker Preview Room:

Wednesday 7 May                   

08:00-17:00 CEST

Thursday 8 May                        

07:30-17:00 CEST

Friday 9 May

08:00-17:00 CEST

Saturday 10 May

08:00-15:30 CEST

Please make sure to upload your presentation at least 2 hours before your Session starts.

 

Instructions for poster presenters

The poster area is located on the balcony of the Congress Hall.
The Poster Reception on Friday 9 May 17.30-19.00 and the breaks are dedicated for poster viewing and poster presentations.
Posters should be set up before 8 May at 10.00
All posters should be taken down by 10 May at 16.00

 

Poster size and format
  • All posters should include title, name of authors, institution, city and country. The lettering of the title should be a least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
  • The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
  • The language of the poster should be English.
  • The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait, (maximum 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high – 33.1 in. wide and 46.8 in. high).
  • Please bring your poster to the Conference yourself.
  • The Conference Secretariat will provide equipment for setting up the posters on the boards.
  • The Conference Secretariat does not take responsibility for left or damaged posters.
